1. Download and extract P2pover 4.30 software

2. Install the software as usual

3. Connect to the nearest wifi or private wifi that is used by many users

4. Open the P2pover application

5. If there is an advanced option menu click the auto select menu option then okay

6. Then click start to run P2pover on the connected wifi network

7. Then the wifi users who are connected to one network will appear

8. Select USER and right click then select drop host selected

9. This will reduce the speed or bandwidth of users affected by the P2pover drop
